The founders of the Bureau are Natalia Vologdina-Anikina and Evgenia Cherniakova, both graduated from Lomonosov Moscow State University.

Natalia has also completed specialized education in 'Details' interior design school and in 'Blooming Planet' landscape school.

Natalia and Evgenia have worked with dedication in their respective fields for many years: Natalia for 18 years in design, and Evgenia for 10 years in advertising and music video production.

In ZernoBuro they decided to combine their talents and work together to create something greater than what each could achieve individually.

The Bureau handles the entire process related to the implementation of private and public interiors and also designs and creates gardens of any complexity.
